Fishing in El Calafate

Get ready for a great day of true fishing on the Argentinean side of Patagonia, available for both beginner and experienced fishermen. For beginners, we will take you to Lakes Argentino, Roca and Rico, to chase those famous Patagonian rainbows and lake trout either with a fly rod or with a spin-cast rod. For the more experienced angler, we will go to the Santa Cruz or Rico rivers, for a chance to catch some elusive rainbows and browns amidst some beautiful landscapes. Throughout the day, we will move around to different parts of the rivers and lakes, looking for the best fishing spots, and a great fight. All excursions include complete fishing equipment, although you can bring your own equipment as well. Half-day outings culminate around noon, while full day outings culminate in the late afternoon.
