Fly Fishing in Torres del Paine

For those in search of those mythical Patagonian trout and salmon, this fullday excursion is for you. A short 20-minute drive from the Serrano entrance to Torres del Paine National Park brings us to one of the several bends of the Serrano River where countless rainbows and browns await, as well as the mighty Chinook salmon between the months of December and February. We will scout the river and choose our fishing spot based on the weather and water conditions that day. This excursion includes a gourmet lunch at the edge of the river, including coffee, tea, beer, wine and the traditional Patagonian “mate” drink. You will be fishing among one of the most unique landscapes inside of the Park, with the Serrano River extending towards the beautiful Paine Massif in the distance. As you fish you will also enjoy all the flora and fauna of the area, including ducks, condors, woodpeckers and possibly even the elusive Puma, which is often spotted around the lands surrounding the river.
