Habitat:

open fields with scattered bushes and trees, hillsides and Patagonian Steppe

Habits:

frequently seen in pairs, look for prey whilst perched on high branches, cliffs and man-made structures like antennas. Fast flight and regularly stoops with half-closed wings.

Food Habits:

Carnivore , fierce hunter of birds, which are caught on flight.
